Iconic Australian sneaker brand, Volley, is launching a refreshed, vibrant Summer 2014 collection with the help of Bambi Northwood-Blyth and Tyler Atkins.
The local celebrity duo were a natural fit to face the campaign given their laid back and casual aesthetics, qualities that have become strongly associated with the Australian super-brand.
Typically renowned for their iconic white sneakers, Volley have signifcantly extended their style offering by including on trend prints, colours and materials.
"We recognise that Volley caters to every Australia. Everyone loves Volley and we wanted to introduce a younger demographic and take them on the same journey that their grandparents still remember. This meant aligning the brand with influential faces and injecting fun colours and updated styles" said product designer Jazz Bonifacio.
Standouts in the new collection include subtly tie-dyed high tops in hues of purple and grey, leopard print varieties set against tangerine trims, and premium grey suede Internationals paired back with mustard leather accents.
In 1939 Volley was born in the form of a classic tennis show and quickly became the most heralded sports shoe of the day. Since then, Volley has evolved to become a much loved shoe brand worn by rock legends, supermodels, hipsters, students, baristas and everyday Australia's alike.
