West Hotel Mothers Day Lunch

Celebrate your Mum in style with a decadent luncheon this Mother's Day at West Hotel Sydne.

This Mother's Day, celebrate the special lady in your life with an indulgent lunch at West Hotel, one of Sydney's newest hotels and Australia's first Curio Collection by Hilton property.

Hosted in the Solander Dining and Bar on the hotel's ground floor, this special event has been designed as a 3-course shared luncheon, for decadent dining with the special people in your life.

Guests can choose to dine in the stylish and sophisticated Solander Dining room, or in the lush outdoor jungle atrium. Priced at $105 per adult and $60 per child (6-10yrs), with children under 5 years old dining free.

Mother's Day lunch on Sunday May 12 is served from 12-3pm, inclusive of menu items below:
Entrée:
Served with house made bread
Blood orange and fetta salad / baby kale / pomegranate
Tomato Panzanella / boccocini / charred sourdough

Mains:
Seared striploin / horseradish / mushroom cream
Roasted salmon / grain mustard / lemon myrtle sauce

Served with:
Roasted kipfler potato
Warrigal greens / black garlic
Banksia- glazed heirloom carrots

Dessert:
Chocolate mousse
Coffee crème brulee

A glass of Mumm Champagne and MakMak Bakery macaroon will be served to all guests upon arrival.
