Callaloo: The Caribbean mix in Victoria
Like the traditional Caribbean Callaloo soup, a unique mix of spices, vegetables, meat and herbs, the Caribbean community is a wonderfully diverse mix of cultures. Callaloo: The Caribbean mix in Victoria explores the experiences of this small but vibrant community in Victoria. Visitors can discover the significance that food, cricket, music and carnival has to the community as well as the historical connection between Australia and the West Indies.
