Jim Caviezel plays high school football coach, Bob Ladouceur, during the season that changed everything. Bob soon becomes blinded by the pressure and expectation to keep the winning streak alive. Bob's wife Bev alos begins pressuring him to spend more time and energy with his family. In the midst of a season of cirsis and tradedy when the Spartans stand to lose everything they're worked so hard for, a remarkable player helps Bob remember that team work should always outshine personal glory.
