Carabo is just a mere civilian who discovers a mysterious crown as he walks in the forest near his village one night. The crown grants him with the ability to charm any person, and make them follow his orders. Howzer, the Bull Knight appears before King Carabo and warns him that he is 'not to take his responsibility lightly'. Howzer directs the King throughout the game- telling him to create his novel, magical Kingdom.

The King must make real time decisions on how to build the Kingdown. A unique narrative throughout the entirety of the game-play speaks to the King in his very own unique language.

As King Carabo, players must instruct the ioji townspeople to dig for treasures, break down obstacles or fight to the death in the name of the King.

Soldiers join the Little King, battling against giant poisonous frogs and skull headed cows. Carpenters and farmers ensure that- while the King is at play- the Kingdom is ever evolving behind the scenes.

Beware... the civilians of the game have minds of their own too. Throughout the game-play the King receives 'secret comments' which civilians post to him late at night in the forest. They warn him of any danger he is in, telling the King if they are unhappy and instructing him to work harder to please his Kingdom.
