WWF Wild Onesie Week 2015

WWF Australia is thrilled to announce the return of Wild Onesie Week 2015, after a hugely successful inaugural year, which saw over $115,000 of funds raised for endangered species.

Wild Onesie Week will kick off on Monday 1st June, culminating on World Environment Day on Friday 5th June. Throughout the week, Australians are encouraged to embrace their animal instinct and show their support for endangered species by donning an animal onesie to raise funds for WWF's priority species, including: giant pandas, pygmy elephants, orang-utans, tigers and marine turtles.

This year WWF is delighted to welcome the Black–flanked Rock Wallaby into the onesie range, joining the iconic Giant Panda. The Black-flanked Rock Wallaby is a native Australian marsupial and also one of WWF-Australia's priority species due to their risk of local extinction.

In 2014, the nationwide WWF initiative inspired over 1,200 animal lovers and Australians to participate, contributing to an impressive total reach of 1.5 million impressions across WWF's social media platforms

Last year's participants included Indigenous supermodel Samantha Harris, Neighbours Actress Jenna Rosenow, Channel V Presenter Danny Clayton and Nova 96.9 FM duo Fitzy and Wippa.
