2010 Royal Melbourne Show
There's nothing like the 2010 Royal Melbourne Show!
With new attractions, great family entertainment, thousands of animals and even more free fun activities on offer, there's nothing like the 2010 Royal Melbourne Show, which will be held at the Melbourne Showgrounds from Saturday 18 to Tuesday 28 September.
Conducted by the Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria (RASV), the Royal Melbourne Show is Victoria's most popular annual community event that brings the very best of the country to the city to provide a range of unique and memorable experiences to enjoy with family and friends.
Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria CEO, Mr Mark O'Sullivan believes that with a range of exciting new attractions, more great value ticket packages and better scheduling, this year's Royal Melbourne Show will be even more appealing to families.
"Traditionally beginning the Thursday prior to school holidays, the 2010 Royal Melbourne Show will this year be held from Saturday 18 to Tuesday 28 September to encompass the second week of the school holidays, making it more accessible for a greater number of families with young children to attend," said Mr O'Sullivan.
"Offering more opportunities for families to enjoy a range of unique and memorable experiences at the event, the RASV has introduced value ticket packages and has increased the amount of free interactive and fun activities on offer, enabling families to enjoy a great value day out," he said.
