A Midnight Visit

A Midnight Visit, Australia's first large-scale immersive theatre experience, announce a six-week extension to its existing season in response to popular demand. A Midnight Visit will now run from 4 October through to Sunday 9 December 2018.

Part choose-your-own-adventure, part film-set, part performance, part sound-world, part playground and all parts absorbing, A Midnight Visit has already struck a chord with Sydneysiders, with tickets selling fast and many dates already sold-out.

This announcement comes ahead of the production's preview season and the official season starting from 4 October.

Co-Creative Producer Kirsten Siddle says: "Sydney's response confirms to us that audiences are craving unique, innovative and extraordinary experiences like this. We couldn't be more pleased with how A Midnight Visit has been embraced".

A Midnight Visit draws on the works and worlds of gothic master Edgar Allan Poe in an immersive playground stretching over 30 rooms across a two-storey warehouse. In a collaboration between Broad Encounters Productions and Groundswell Productions, it brings together influences from experiential work Sleep No More and escape rooms, to the pop culture worlds of David Lynch and Stranger Things to create a theatrical experience unlike anything Sydney has seen before.
