Tomato, Chilli, Cheese, BBQ Baked Beans

Able Foods, Australian profit for purpose start-up Co-founded by Dylan Alcott in 2020, introduces FMCG line of Baked Beans in easy to open microwavable pouches, exclusively to Coles supermarkets nationally. 

The launch will see four flavours join the Able Foods offering, including Tomato, Chilli, Cheese and BBQ, in a first in its category innovation at Coles stores. Able Foods have taken an Aussie favourite, made it more accessible, and turned it into a lightweight on-the-go snack.  

Dylan Alcott, Co-founder, said "The Baked Bean can has been difficult to open since day one, so we wanted to innovate in the space, give choice to Australian's and make this product more accessible for people with or without disability." 

Able Foods launched in 2020 with ready-made meals for people with disability on the NDIS, since then, they've been committed to providing great quality food and opportunities for people with disability to lead healthier and happier lives. They do this by hiring people with disability and partnering with likeminded companies such as The Dylan Alcott Foundation.

Packaged in perfectly sized stand-up pouches, Able Food baked beans are great for school lunches, a workplace snack or as a side on a classic big breakfast. All four Baked Bean flavours are now available at Coles stores nationwide, RRP $2.50 in 200gram pouches.
