Banoffee Pancake Cake

Serves 8 - 10

INGREDIENTS

Pancakes
● 1 x Shaker bottle of Lakanto Low Carb Protein Pancake Mix

Chocolate Sauce
● 60ml Lakanto Chocolate Topping
● 40g Lakanto Golden Sweetener
● 100ml double cream

Toffee Sauce
● 60ml Lakanto Caramel Topping
● 30g Lakanto Golden Sweetener
● 100ml double cream

Toppings
● ¼ cup Lakanto Caramel Topping or Lakanto Golden Malt Syrup
● 2 fresh bananas
● ¼ cup banana chips
● 3 tbsp sugar free choc chips or cacao nibs, optional


Method
1. For the Lakanto No Added Sugar pancakes make up the whole shaker bottle following the directions. Let them cool and prepare chocolate and toffee sauces.
2. To make the chocolate sauce, combine all the ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to boil, let cool and set aside.
3. To make the toffee sauce, combine all the ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to boil, let cool and set aside.
4. Assembly: Place one pancake on the bottom of your favourite platter, drizzle both the Sugar free chocolate sauce and the sugar free toffee sauce on the pancake pushing it over the edges of the pancake, then top with the slices of banana. Continue until you've reached the top of the pancake.
5. Then drizzle some Lakanto Caramel Topping or Golden Malt Syrup all over.
6. Top with banana chips or extra fresh banana, sugar free choc chips or cacao nibs. Cut into slices like a cake and enjoy your no added sugar Pancake Cake.
