Head chef and owner, Paola Toppi has created a beautiful selection of Italian deserts, taking a spin on the classics that Bar M have been serving since they opened their doors. The new delectable dishes include the Fairy Floss Pavlova, Floating Pavlova and summer fruits and a take on the Apple Pie.

Bar M is the younger expression of the Neapolitan cuisine the Toppi family is famous for, sourcing the best local and imported Italian produce which is prepared under the skilful guidance of second-generation head chef and owner, Paola Toppi who uses family inspired recipes with a touch of modernised glamour.
