Head chef and owner, Paola Toppi has created a beautiful selection of Italian deserts, taking a spin on the classics that Bar M have been serving since they opened their doors. The new delectable dishes include the Fairy Floss Pavlova, Floating Pavlova and summer fruits and a take on the Apple Pie.
