bbno$ Benee Help Herself

bbno$ Benee Help Herself

Following up on his late January, ultra-catchy alternative crossover hit 'help herself', bbno$ has enlisted BENEE, the rising pop phenomenon from New Zealand, for a feature verse on the song.

With the original version hitting #35 at US alternative radio and surpassing 20MM streams across platforms, this new version reimagines the song by adding a female perspective from BENEE. Their vocals mesh flawlessly together in the final chorus, floating effortlessly atop the instrumental to create a perfect summer vibe.

Of the song, bbno$ says, "I always thought we needed a female voice on this song, and BENEE came in with those sweet harmonies and now this mf slapping. Respectfully. This one emotional not gonna lie."

A music video dropped with the track, and features both artists dancing and singing their lyrics via Facetime.

About bbno$
From a numbers standpoint, bbno$ is a case studio in how to succeed as an independent artist. His music has been streamed 2 billion+ times and charted in 10 countries. His videos have been watched 1.2 billion+ times. His songs have been used in 10 million+ Tik Tok videos and viewed 2 billion+ times. He's sold out headline tours in North America, China, and Europe. He accomplished all of this on the back of his own hard work, and with a very small team. It's a testament to how well his music and brand connects with his fans and culture at large.

From a personal standpoint he's a really funny, smart and well spoken guy with a crazy story. He became famous in China well before anyone in North America knew who he was, when Jackson Yee, a Kardashian level famous Chinese dancer, ripped one of his songs off soundcloud and danced to it at his birthday party, which instantly went viral. He's the son of a first generation Armenian immigrant, was home-schooled until he was 16, was on track to be an olympic swimmer until he broke his back playing rugby. He deeply understands digital culture and became internet famous by running instagram "shit-post" meme campaigns. He's a mega gamer and very well known in the gaming community. He's truly just a fascinating person and in many respects the future of what a "digital artist" is. I can't think of another artist with a comparable brand, story or sound. He's very hands on in every aspect of his project, and creativity flows from him. He's also just a nice guy.
