Bobi Andonov Shares New Emotional Single 'Easier'

Australian born, LA-based singer-songwriter and producer BOBI ANDONOV shares his new emotional single 'EASIER' from the upcoming deluxe version of his sophomore EP SAINT due for release November 14 via Say Less and Warner Music Australia.

The new single, 'EASIER' was created alongside producer Dylan Bauld and Sam Watters, who Bobi worked with for his sophomore EP, and the track reveals a different side to Bobi's artistry.

Speaking on the single, Bobi said, "While recording Easier, I was listening to a lot of John Carpenter's scores from the 1980s and wanted to create my own take on an '80s heartbreak song"something I could picture in a film like Pretty in Pink or Sixteen Candles. It felt special from the moment I first recorded it on my phone."

Earlier this year Bobi released SAINT which he described as a "defining moment". Bobi wrote with clarity while returning to his family home mid-Melbourne winter last year. With few distractions and the space to reflect on his life in LA, the singer-songwriter expands upon the cinematic world of debut EP IN BAD COMPANY, revealing more of himself through an eclectic mix of influences like Prince, Jai Paul and INXS. Upon returning to LA, Bobi worked with long-time collaborators alt-pop producer Dylan Bauld (Halsey, Lights, Flor) and R&B legend Sam Watters (Lucky Daye, Whitney Houston, Bebe Rexha) to craft the EP in a few weeks.

Bobi Andonov's innate talent for songwriting and exceptional delivery has received instant acclaim from the likes of Billboard, NYLON, Time and triple j. Today's new offering SAINT further cements Bobi as an artist to watch in 2024.
