Box Hill Melbourne Food and Wine Festival

Box Hill Melbourne Food and Wine Festival

Melbourne Food and Wine Festival comes to Box Hill Central on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th of March, inviting visitors to get creative with authentic flavours of Asia.

Across two days, visitors are invited to watch and participate in delicious hands-on cooking demonstrations, mastering the art of sushi rolling and refining their skills for the perfect dumpling fold.

The cooking demonstrations will be hosted by former MasterChef Australia contestant and Asian food specialist, Khanh Ong, alongside some of the Centre's best chefs. Khanh will bring his famous charisma to the kitchen to help demonstrate just how easy and fun cooking Asian cuisine can be, whilst also sharing his expertise and key techniques to cook and experiment using interesting ingredients at home.

These MFWF master classes will be a fantastic opportunity to refresh and update those everyday Asian recipes from the professionals. Limited places are available and each participant will receive a take-home bag of goodies. Please find a timeline for the cooking demonstrations below.
