Chadstone AW 14 Runway Show

The Fashion Capital and Australia's largest shopping centre welcomes the Autumn Winter (AW) season with a showcase of runways, designer forums, workshops and VIP events to inspire shoppers with new season looks from Australian and international designers.

Opening the six day extravaganza will be an evening of style, a stunning AW 14 Runway Show to be held in the Australian Designer Mall on Thursday 13 March. Titled Life with Style, Chadstone's premium retailers and designers will reveal the season's biggest trends on a dramatic 30 metre runway, featuring ready to wear (and ready to purchase) looks from over 50 Australian and International designers.

Another feature of the program will be the Australian Designer Files, where shoppers will have the opportunity to hear from some of the most esteemed names in Australia. Designers will showcase their best looks from AW14 and share the inspirations behind their collection. The event costs $15 and runs Saturday 15 March, 3.30pm – 5.00pm at the lower level, outside David Jones.

The trends seen on the runway will also be bought to life by Chadstone stylist, Cindy Newstead, in the ever-popular Runway to Everyday Styling Workshops. Showing how to wear the looks for your shape, style and budget, the workshops will inspire and guide shoppers on the season ahead. The events are $15 each, taking place on Friday 14 March 6.30pm – 8.00pm and Saturday 15 March 1.00pm – 2.30pm at the lower level, outside David Jones.

The fashion launch festivities conclude on Wednesday 19 March with Chadstone's popular VIP Shopping Party. From 9.00am – 11.00pm, shoppers can toast the season with special offers, incentives and events such as the Lindt LeVin Bar, the MUJI Children's activation and fresh food sampling. Providing the full VIP treatment, the event will also feature a special guest performance to delight attendees.
