Fathers Day at The Craft & Co Collingwood

The way to a man's heart is through his stomach, and The Craft & Co is ticking all the boxes this Father's Day with a specially-curated celebration.

With a hearty and satisfying feast and free jug of award-winning house-brewed beer for every table, The Craft & Co is the perfect place to treat the main man in your life on Sunday, September 3.

Located in Collingwood, Melbourne's fastest growing gastronomic hub, The Craft & Co boasts an eatery, café, bar, micro-brewery, distillery, winery, cheese and meat rooms, coffee roaster and store.

Founder Paul Baggio said The Craft & Co is all about showcasing the journey the food makes to reach the plate, and highlighting the integrity of each ingredient.

'Dining with us is all about experiencing the processes involved in bringing food to the table - great for dads wanting to see first-hand how to brew beer from scratch," he said.

'For Father's Day, we're keeping it simple: family, good beer, a relaxed atmosphere and an abundance of good food."

For $55 per adult, dad can indulge in a three-course share meal, starting with a cheese and charcuterie platter. For the main event, he can choose from flounder with Crystal Bay prawns, lamb shoulder or a fresh parsley risotto. He'll finish off the leisurely lunch with a selection of friandises and petit patisseries.

Kids under 12 eat for $15 each and can choose from fish or a burger with chips, polished off with a chocolate brownie and vanilla ice-cream.

There's no shortage of drink options with cocktails, house made spirits, wines and ales on the menu. Designated drivers are catered for with an extensive selection of houseroasted coffee, gourmet juices and soft drinks.

'We'll be serving lots of delicious home-cooked food served on social share plates, and plenty of good beer or wine to drink on site or take home," he said.
