Chadstone Fashion Stakes

The Melbourne Racing Club is excited to announce that 2013 will see an extra day of racing fashion competition.

The Chadstone Fashion Stakes will kick off prior to the BMW Caulfield Cup Carnival with an additional day of heats to take place on Saturday, August 31 at Chadstone – The Fashion Capital.

A panel of Melbourne's most celebrated youth fashion icons including socialite Rozalia Russian, Fashion Bloggers Jess and Stef Dadon from How Two Live, and fashion writer Emily Power will select a winner from the competition's Stylish Ladies 18-40 category to progress directly into the grand final on BMW Caulfield Cup Day on October 19.

Scheduled to start at 1pm and hosted by Seven's Scherri-Lee Biggs, entrants will be judged on racewear appropriateness, individual style and trend awareness.

The overall winner of the Chadstone Fashion Stakes will win a share of the more than $100,000 prize pool, including a holiday, jewellery, cash and more.
