<h3>CSR Flourless Chocolate Cake </h3>
<b>Ingredients</b><br>
250g dark chocolate, roughly chopped<br>
2 tablespoons vegetable oil<br>
2 tablespoons low fat milk<br>
200g (2 cups) hazelnut meal<br>
5 large eggs, separated<br>
110g (½ cup) CSR LoGiCane™ Low GI cane sugar<br>

<b>Method</b><br>
Preheat oven to 180˚C conventional or 160˚C fan forced. Grease sides and line base of a 20cm spring-form pan. <br>
Place chocolate, oil and milk in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Do not let the base of bowl touch the boiling water. Stir with metal spoon until chocolate has melted. Set aside to cool slightly. <br>
Combine melted chocolate, hazelnut meal, egg yolks and CSR LoGiCane™ Low GI cane sugar in a bowl and mix to combine. <br>
Beat egg whites with an electric mixer, until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture and spoon into prepared pan. <br>
Bake for 45 minutes or until firm. Allow to cool in pan and enjoy with berries. <br><br>
