Father's Day Cooking Class 2013

Casa Barilla, Sydney's top Italian Cooking School are offering a special Father's Day cooking class.  Taking place the day prior to Father's Day, the class is a great way to spend some quality family time together whilst learning to prepare a delectable Italian feast with Casa Barilla's Head Chef and new dad Luca Ciano.


The class is very hands on with numbers limited to ensure participants are able to have a one-on-one experience with Luca.


The first course is a baked ricotta buffalo salad, followed by a prawn and pancetta risotto and a decadent chocolate and amaretto biscuit pudding with caramel sauce.
