Daisy pulled on our heart strings in 2020, with her single "Thinkin' Bout You" written with Rob Amoruso and Alice Blake. The Melbourne-based singer-songwriter highlighted the struggles of family and friends with their mental health during the COVID-19 Pandemic, and used her music to bring a ray of light. Due to COVID-19 lock downs in her State, her plans to release more music had to be put on hold, until now.

Forward into 2021, she is back in action with a catchy and fun new single, "23". The song has numerous hooks that will leave you singing the song over in your head all day long. Once again, this single has been written with Rob Amoruso and Alice Blake. The three creatives appear to make a great team, as both songs they have written are brilliant.

The new single is self-reflective. It highlights unmet expectations in the pursuit of a music career, becoming content with the fact that life doesn't go to plan, and learning to pivot and adjust to those changes. As always, Daisy engages our hearts with her depth and story-telling, but also engages our ears with her beautiful voice and melodies.
