Dancing for Dignity

On Thursday, 14 April, Australian supporters of the legalisation of voluntary assisted dying will come together at the Beresford Hotel, Surry Hills, for Dying with Dignity's fundraiser, Dancing for Dignity.

Andrew Denton and actor John Bell, together with comedian auctioneer Mikey Robins, will host the event in support of the legalisation of voluntary assisted dying.

Dancing for Dignity is a dance party featuring DJ Scott Pullen and The Groove Academy (seven piece band), with Jeff Duff paying tribute to David Bowie.

Michelle Matinez, Ellie-May Harris, Steve Sonius, Cadell, Stephen Ferris and Jack McCord will also be performing on the night.

This evening of dancing and entertainment will help Dying with Dignity NSW raise necessary funds to assist them in their advocacy for legislation that enables adults experiencing unrelievable suffering from terminal, or incurable illness, to receive the medical assistance necessary to end their lives peacefully.

The ticket cost of $65 per person includes canapes and a glass of Sirromet Premium Vintage Sparkling on arrival.

To show support for an important cause, and to join an evening of fun, tickets are available at Moshtix.
