Fresh off the back of a successful national tour supporting Ocean Alley, WA indie pop force Dulcie.
Alongside their already announced headline show on home turf at Perth's Rosemount Hotel, the trio will also be hitting up Melbourne's Workers Club and Sydney's Waywards as part of a string of launches for their latest single, 'tell ur friends'.
The release of 'tell ur friends' at the beginning of February kicked off a bright new chapter for Dulcie, who were able to finally return to live touring after many rescheduled dates, due to moving COVID-19 restrictions.
The single, vibrant and full of confidence, reflected the band's refreshed live dynamic as they captivated audiences around the country with their charm and proven skills as performers. Dulcie's forthcoming headline shows are set to build upon and galvanise those early impressions made on the east coast while in WA, the band will be putting on a hometown show to remember.
"It feels like we've reinvented ourselves to a whole new level and can't wait to show everyone what we've been working on and get back to playing across the country!" DULCIE
'tell ur friends' resonated with fans and industry alike, earning rotation spots with triple j and Triple J Unearthed, as well as editorial love from both Spotify and Apple Music and a string of outlets including NME Australia, Music Feeds, Milky Milky Milky, AAA Backstage and more. Since the band's signing to WA-based management agency Wear Your Hat (home to the Psychedelic Porn Crumpets), Dulcie have continued to grow and go from strength to strength: 'tell ur friends' being a great marker of a big year still to unfold.
