Melbourne-based singer/songwriter Evangeline is once again casting her dark glamour over popdom with her forthcoming debut EP, Atelophobia, for which she will return to the World Bar as part of her launch tour on Friday, July 21.
The five-track EP has just been released, and follows her recent third single, a yearning ballad titled -Write About', which debuted in the Top 5 of the Australia and New Zealand Spotify Viral Charts. True to her catch cry, 'I write sad songs about sad boys," the song reflects upon the end of a significant relationship.
Atelophobia contains three new songs, as well as the track that reached Top 5 on the Spotify Global Viral Charts with over 4 million streams, 'My Kingdom (William Black Remix)", resulting in Evangeline signing a exclusive licensing deal with Polydor France (Universal Music in Australasia), for which she has formed her label, Sad Boy Records.
