IKEA opens the doors to the IKEA SÖMN [Sleep] Studio - a pop up sleep festival, featuring FERMENTED, a dining experience to help Aussies catch their best Zzz's
IKEA is launching a series of immersive sleep experiences, hosting their first festival of sleep on the shoreline of Sydney's iconic Bondi Beach.
The IKEA SÖMN [Sleep] Studio consists of free bookable events, dedicated to providing sleep solutions and inspiring the many Australians to sleep better and wake up refreshed everyday.
Guests will have access to insightful and thought-provoking panels and discussions exploring the truth about sleep, wellness and wellbeing and the future of sleep.
At night, the festivities will turn into the best night's sleep for one lucky couple. Consumers will have the chance to win an overnight sleep experience and wake up to the stunning views of the world-famous Bondi Beach in their very own seaside scandi-inspired Tiny home with the launch of IKEA Australia's first B&B.
Open throughout the day and in an effort to help Sydney-siders sleep better, IKEA will open the doors to FERMENTED, a pop-up cafe where guests can choose from a wall of fermented condiments on display to have with their Swedish-inspired meal. With research linking gut health and a person's microbial ecosystem to the quality of sleep, the unique dining experience looks to bring to life the importance of diet in getting a good nights sleep.
Mark Mitchinson, Country Sales Manager IKEA Australia says, "At IKEA we know that sleep is a crucial necessity to living a better everyday life, and as experts in life at home, we want to inspire the many Australians to create an ideal and healthy sleep environment so they can feel refreshed and recharged.
While we all have different wants and needs when it comes to the perfect bedtime set-up, we all strive to achieve the same thing - to get the best night's sleep everytime we go to bed. We are thrilled to invite Australians to mix up their daily routine and immerse themselves in a place they can unwind, switch off and learn more on how to sleep well."
