Gluten Free Expo

Gluten Free Expo

Australia's largest, dedicated gluten free expo is back on the radar!

Presented by Coeliac Victoria and Tasmania, this is the country's premier gluten free event running over two days. With over 80 exhibitors showcasing the latest and tastiest of everything gluten free, the expo is your one-stop destination to turn your food world upside-down, with product tastings, show specials and the inside track on what's new in gluten free.

Enjoy every freshly made and delicious gluten free food you can imagine at the Gluten Free Food Precinct. From people living with coeliac disease, those managing food intolerances, to anyone simply choosing to go gluten free, not to mention lots for kids - you can satisfy all your gluten free cravings with an array of cuisines on offer including an award-winning cannoli bar, pasta bar, pizza station, souvas, meat pies, sausage rolls, doughnuts and beer being served up and on-tap.

The Genius Stage will host an exciting and expert line-up of speakers to relate their stories on living with coeliac disease and the positive impacts of following a gluten free diet, including AFL football player Ben Brown and Olympian Brooke Stratton.

Leading voices in coeliac disease and the gluten free diet, two expert gastroenterologist's Dr Jason Tye-Din and Professor Don Cameron will be on-hand to share advice on cooking for a gluten free diet, managing special requirements when dining out and all the latest insights and research in the field.

They've cooked in high-pressure reality TV kitchens and now MasterChef contestants Michael Weldon and Courtney Roulstonwill be whipping up a gluten free storm on the Cooking Stage. The action-packed line-up also includes chef Richard Barassi from The Intolerant Cooks and kids can don an apron and have a go.

This expo is a must for anyone living gluten free.
