They are held in a different country each year and Lyndey joined the creme de la crème of world food communicators at a five day food and wine conference and expo in Yantai.
Lyndey Milan's Taste of Australia was published by Hardie Grant Books in September 2014, RRP $39.95, and is available in all good bookstores and online at Cooked.
