Drawing influence from progressive Australian beat makers such as Ta-ku, -Love Lost' captures the emotions and stories that are familiar to each of us, placing emphasis on the belief 'Don't grieve, things always come around in another form" - Rumi. Kuren takes the listener on the journey following a heartbreaking trauma, from the initial loss; a slow burn of hurt and at last, a cathartic recovery; the EP explores pain and revival through 6-tracks of remarkable composition.

What began as a YouTube tutorial and a free trial of FL studio has now seen the young producer, who hails from rural Hillston, NSW, amass a cult following on the blogosphere. To date, Kuren has clocked up impressive 275k SoundCloud plays, with his flip of The Weekend's Earned It garnering over 50K alone, he was featured in triple j Unearthed's 2015 -5 New Indigenous Artists You Need To Hear' and selected to team up with fellow spotlight artist DENNI to produce the Unearthed collaboration -Wolves' (a rework of Kuren's track -Achilles') in celebration of NAIDOC week.
