With what can best be described as Modern Australian Fusion, Lodge Tapas offers everything from breakfast through to dinner, with tapas inspired share plates to unique dinner menu options. Settle in for mid-morning breakfast options like house made granola with honeycomb, daily baked muffins, Spanish hotpot with chorizo and fried egg or hot cakes with macadamia praline, macadamia crumble and organic maple syrup.
