Serves 6
Ingredients:
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup thin cream
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Tabasco
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup iceberg lettuce shredded
1 cup red cabbage shredded
1 cup Goulburn Valley Mango sliced thinly
12 cooked prawns
2 tbsp lime zest
2 tbsp mint leaves
Method:
To make the cocktail sauce, combine tomato sauce, cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco in a small bowl. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
To assemble the prawn cocktails, layer the ingredients amongst 6 martini glasses. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
