Moonlover Tour

Melbourne psychedelic pop songsmith Moonlover is stoked to announce nine full band shows in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra, Kyneton, Wollongong, Thirroul and Hobart kicking off early next month!

Moonlover will be touring his debut album Thou Shall Be Free, with a full band. The entirety of the album was recorded, produced and performed by Moonlover in his personal oasis Pink Slime Studios, sharing impressive recording credits with John Lee (Lost Animal, Beaches, Emma Russack) who was on mixing duties, with mastering by Joe Carra (King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Courtney Barnett, Eddy Current Suppression Ring).

Moonlover has played a plethora of shows in recent months, including supporting Angel Olsen, Saskwatch and Cloud Control, plus he has festival slots coming up at Kyneton Music Festival on 26th October, and at this years Gizzfest, on 1st December at Melbourne Showgrounds.

As with any Moonlover set, audiences are taken through a cascade of batty psychedelia, midnight moon pop and water ballads led by Dinh's characteristic whimsical charm, freeblowing harmonica and untempered croon. These solo shows will see Moonlover perform songs from his debut album, plus new and unreleased music.
