Ingredients
825g can sliced pears in natural juice, drained
1 punnet fresh blueberries or 1 packet frozen blueberries
1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped
¼ cup wholemeal plain flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons polyunsaturated margarine
½ cup Sanitarium Light n Tasty Triple Berry cereal flakes
½ cup rolled oats
Method
1. Pre-heat oven to 180ºC. Place pears, blueberries and vanilla seeds in a bowl and mix well. Place into a small oven proof dish.
2. Combine flour and sugar in a bowl and rub in margarine. Stir through cereal and oats and sprinkle on top of fruit mixture.
3. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes. Serve with one scoop of So Good™ ice cream, or low-fat ice-cream.
