In collaboration with The Essential Ingredient and as an exclusive for Wicked Chocolate Festival, Pierre Roelofs has created his very own signature Dessert Tubs combining three swoon-worthy flavours of chocolate, passionfruit and salted caramel. Serves will be in limited supply so bring along your sweet tooth and indulge early.
 
Pierre Roelofs will be in the house talking all things dessert but also sharing his hard earned and fail proof methods of perfect pastry making at a one-time only pastry workshop at The Essential Ingredient Cooking School. Learn Roelofs's techniques and secrets gleaned from the world's best kitchens including Michelin starred The Vineyard at Stockcross in Berkshire UK, El Cellar de Can Roca in Spain and The Fat Duck in Bray, UK.
 
The Essential Ingredient will also play host to Zokoko Chocolate -bean to bar' tastings while Nikki and Leo from Liefje Chocolate will be sampling their paleo and vegan friendly chocolate range for even more memorable moments for the chocolate lover.
