Pop Tarts A Sing Song at Madame Fling Flong

While they?re waiting to find a new regular venue to call home, PopTarts will take over new cocktail bar, Madame Fling Flong in Newtown, with a gig on Sunday June 24.

Amanda Easton, Robyn Loau and Sarah Humphreys will perform at the new live venue, above Soni?s Restaurant at 169 King Street starting at 6pm with a $5 entry.

PopTarts has been a showcase event for original female artists for almost six years, with shows every Monday night until the end of April this year at Annandale?s Empire Hotel, but the future is uncertain with the venue undergoing major renovations. In the meantime, some of the artists are putting on one-off events at venues all over Sydney.

PopTarts will celebrate its 6th birthday with a special show at The Basement on July 18, featuring Amanda Easton, Robyn Loau, Yolanda Thomas, Jo Elms, Snez and Evelyn Duprai.
