Everyone loves a summer barbeque and we're throwing our own at Prahran Market at our first ever Sizzlefest! Celebrating everything that is great about the BBQ, Sizzlefest will take place on Sunday 3rd February 2019.

Keep an eye out for the sear-ious stuff with the annual Sausage Tasting Competition. Prahran Market's amazing butchers will be turning up the heat - preparing their best for visitors to judge the best Prahran Market Sausage for 2019.

We'll have plenty of grilled eats from traders, and beats to chill to in Market Square.

You can learn how to spend less time cooking and more time relaxing with some barbecue cooking tips at our demonstrations. And who says barbecue can't be meat-free? We'll have something for meat lovers, pescatarians, vegetarian and flexitarians alike.
