Ingredients
600g minced lamb
1/2 tsp ground all spice
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/4 cup chopped pistachio nuts, plus extra for serving
1 small onion, grated
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves, finely chopped
1/2 cup mint leaves, finely chopped
To serve, flat bread, hummus and salad
Method
Place all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper. Mix to combine and form into 12 long patties. Place on a tray, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat a chargrill to moderately high. Cook for 8 minutes or until browned on all sides and cooked through.
Sprinkle with some chopped pistachios and serve with flat bread, hummus and salad.
