Summer Tastes with Manu

Celebrity chef Manu Feildel will be cooking up a storm on Saturday 15th November at Highpoint Shopping Centre and you're invited to join us!

Manu will be making his favourite pork dishes for the Australian summer, giving everyone a chance to learn how he prepares and cooks pork to perfection, and you get to taste the final product!

Manu will be joined by Le Cordon Bleu qualified chef, and friend, Andrew Ballard who will help Manu prepare three absolutely delicious pork dishes for this summer, including: Pork Paupiettes, Roast Striploin with Fennel and a Christmas Pork Wellington stuffed with Cranberry & Apricots.

Not only will the audience discover and taste some great new pork recipes, they will learn how to best prepare and cook pork in different ways, find out which pork cuts are best suited for different types of cooking and learn some of Manu's tips and tricks for cooking with pork.

Held in partnership with Murray Valley Pork and Rainbow Meats, you'll find Summer Tastes with Manu running from 11am-1.30pm in front of the Rainbow Meats store (shop 2557) at Highpoint Shopping Centre, 120 -200 Rosamond Road, Maribyrnong.

After the cooking (and tasting!) demonstration Manu will be signing copies of his new book, French for Everyone.
