.You absolutely must visit Simpsons Gap. The scenery is incredible, and it's inspiring to get a sense of scale with how big we are in comparison to such huge and impressive rock!
.Making friends with wallabies at Heavitree Gap! The wallabies will come up to you and hold your hand. It's so cute, and is such a unique experience to the Territory; being in the company of wild wallabies in their natural habitat.
.Launch into the sky in a hot air balloon out above the desert, where the sunrises are spectacular! I loved surveying the wild animals' footprints from the night before and seeing Alice Springs from above. http://www.outbackballooning.com.au/
.Head to Earth Sanctuary for a meal and some stargazing – I loved looking through the telescope and seeing Saturn so clearly! Cosy up in swags under the night sky and make your own dampa. Just don't wear high heels here as I did – whoops! http://earth-sanctuary.com.au/
.Test your nerves while holding a snake at Rex's Reptile Centre – I held a huge snake for the first time around my neck! It was pretty scary, but I'm so glad I did it, as it made for some great pics and video!
