The 6th Annual Taste of Sydney will plate up a delicious range of foodie fun on Thursday 13 to Sunday 16 March at the alfresco Centennial Parklands. Whether you're in the mood to mix up the perfect cocktail or learn to pair culinary creations with top tipples, there is something for everyone.

Lurpak® Cookery School – Taste of Sydney is excited to welcome the brand new Lurpak® Cookery School to this year's festival, which will demonstrate how to Weave your Magic in a series of 30 minute cooking classes focused on simple, quality ingredients. By using Lurpak's quality Danish butter, visitors will learn how to whip up Minute Steak with Cafe de Paris Butter, Ravioli with Salmon in a Nut-Brown Butter Sauce and the ultimate Salted Caramel.
Food & Beverage Matching Masterclass Inspired by Celebrity Cruises – Celebrity Cruises is delighted to join Taste of Sydney in 2014 to present exclusive masterclasses hosted by established USA chef and Celebrity Cruises' Associate Vice President of Food and Beverage Operations, John Suley. Visitors will enjoy an indulgent tasting plate paired with matching beverages, while learning tricks behind successful food and drink pairing. Guests can also relax in style at the Celebrity Cruises Lawn Club set on a lush lawn space, serving canapés and John Suley's two exclusive martinis inspired by Australia's two highest-rated superliners, Celebrity Solstice® and Celebrity Century®.
Gourmet Traveller WINE Pop Up Bar by Rushcutters – Enjoy a host of great drops selected by Rushcutters' sommelier Sarah Limacher and Gourmet Traveller WINE's Nick Stock in the brand new Pop Up wine bar, and experience a number of wines from sustainable-practice, organic and biodynamic vineyards.
Country Kitchen – Rebecca Sullivan, from Dirty Girl Kitchen and the Granny Skills Movement will return to Taste of Sydney to host this popular attraction. Rebecca will lead food demonstrations as well as a series of inspiring and provocative discussions around food and sustainability. Country Kitchen will also offer Ten Mile Tastings, pop-up pickling; bread-making, Urban Honey Tastings and Natural Wine; along with top tips on catching, growing and making your own produce. Local chefs, authors and Target 100 cattle and sheep farmers will feature at the intimate one-stop, pop-up Skill Sharing hub.
Dilmah Chef's Skillery in association with Australian Gourmet Traveller – A stellar line-up of chefs will each bring unique skills to the table and showcase all the tricks-of-the-trade. Visitors will also have the chance to ask burning questions to culinary masters during an intimate Q&A session at this exciting feature.
Taste Kitchen - Sydney's top chefs share the secrets of their favourite dishes, offering tips and advice to those who are committed to the culinary cause. A rotation of Taste of Sydney chefs and other special guests will be on hand to inspire and delight festival goers.
Rekorderlig Cider Bar – The custom-built Beautifully Swedish Rekorderlig Star is set to return to entice cider lovers to relish in Rekorderlig's -Beautifully Swedish' way of life. The Rekorderlig Cider Bar is the ultimate location to revive, sample the innovative cider flavours, including the new flavour for summer- Apple-Guava and enjoy the party atmosphere of the festival.
Sensology presents -The Art of Cocktail Making' - Expert mixologists will shake things up with simple step-by-step demonstrations to creating and serving some of the world's most iconic cocktails, transforming you into the most impressive cocktail party host.
Sail & Anchor Beer Hall – The Beer Hall will return to Taste of Sydney this year, presented by Beer & Brewer magazine and iconic craft beer brand Sail & Anchor. Beer and cider aficionados can -hop' to a line-up of interactive sessions including demonstrations and tastings from Australia's best home-grown and imported labels; and free master classes, presented by Sail & Anchor.
Plumm Wine Theatre Presented by Gourmet Traveller WINE - Pop into the Plumm Wine Theatre to enjoy some top drops and lift your wine knowledge at the range of educational and interactive wine sessions. Join wine experts such as Nick Stock, one of the nation's most respected wine critics, top winemakers and a panel of sommeliers who will host a program that includes tutored tasting, tips on matching food and wine, cellaring information and more.
Tasmanian Pavilion – Returning to Taste of Sydney in 2014, Tasmanian Pavilion focuses on all the best produce to come out of the Apple Isle. Tasmanian seafood producers, bakeries, wineries, distilleries and butchers will be on hand to showcase their gourmet delicacies plus there will be an opportunity to win a holiday for two to Tasmania including flights, accommodation and car hire.
