2 tbs orange juice
3 firm pears, peeled, halved and cored
Cake:
125g butter, diced and softened
¾ cup CSR Lite Raw Reduced Calorie Sugar
2 extra large eggs
1 ½ cups self-raising flour
1 cup almond meal
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
⅓ cup milk

The new product is a 100% natural alternative to sugar and is the latest addition to iconic Australian sugar manufacturer CSR Sugar's 'Better For You' range. With the same sweetness as cane sugar and 45% less calories, the Lite Raw Reduced Calorie Sugar is a great natural 1:1 alternative to caster, raw or white sugar.
The sweetness of the new product constitutes of CSR Raw Caster Sugar and Natural Sweeteners Erythritol (cultured sugar using a natural process) and Stevia (extracted from the leaves of Stevia Rebaudiana Bertoni which contains dipertenes).
