Serves 4 as light dip/starter
Ingredients
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed
90g Vaalia Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
Squeeze of lime or lemon juice
Tabasco sauce (optional)
Salt and pepper for seasoning
Crackers or corn chips for serving
Method
In a bowl combine avocado, Vaalia Low Fat Natural Yoghurt, and lime/lemon juice and mix until fairly smooth. If you like your guacamole with a little heat, add a few drops of Tabasco sauce and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with crackers of your choice or corn chips.
Variations:
To add more colour to your fresh guacamole you can add 1-2 small tomatoes, seeded and diced.
