Cheers to the perfect Apple Rosemary Mocktail!

Christmas Day and New Year's Eve are the perfect occasions where you'd usually to be sipping a fabulous cocktail. However, if you are designated driver, pregnant or simply cutting back on alcohol, it doesn't have to stop to you from indulging in your favourite tipple. This festive season, Edenvale the experts in the field of alcohol reduction and removal, have created a recipe so festive everyone can join in the fun these holidays!

This delicious non-alcoholic Apple Rosemary mocktail from Edenvale is so tasty you'll (almost) forget it is not alcoholic!

Servings: 10
Prep time: 25 mins + freeze time overnight

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups water
1 sprig fresh rosemary
2 cups apple juice
1 cup orange juice
750 ml bottle Edenvale Sparkling Cuvee, chilled.

Garnish
10 sprig fresh rosemary

Method
Boil water and add rosemary. Allow rosemary to steep in water for 10 minutes and discard rosemary sprig.
In a one litre container combine apple juice, rosemary water, and orange juice. Cover and freeze overnight.
Remove mixture from freezer and allow to defrost for approximately 10 mins before serving.
To serve, scoop semi-frozen apple and rosemary mixture into champagne flutes, filling each glass halfway.
Top with Sparkling Cuvee and garnish with sprigs of fresh rosemary.
