INGREDIENTS:
2 KANZI® apples, cored and roughly chopped
2 bananas, frozen and sliced
2 tsp cinnamon
1⁄4 tsp nutmeg
1⁄2 cup almond milk
1 1⁄2 cup plain unsweetened Greek yoghurt
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1 cup ice (adjust as necessary)
METHOD:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker consistency, add extra ice and/or frozen banana.
Taste and add maple syrup if desired.
NOTES: Any dairy or plant-based milk will work in this recipe. I recommend almond or oat milk.
