Buttered Love

Following on from the warmly received single, Electrify. Gold Coast smooth duo, Buttered return with another heart churning gem, Love – Written and produced by the band and mixed by Jared Adlam.
 
Love kicks off with some soft lo-fi organ notes and doesn't take long to really hit you in the right spot. The smooth blend of subtly mixed guitar work, soul-filled vocals and finger clicking vibes make for the most wholesome indie tune you'll hear all year. It's a single that truly reflects the band's name and style, best served in front of a fireplace at a dinner party for two. As they explain below, the song is a dedication to the idea of setting up commitment with someone and the joy that comes with the thought of spending the rest of your days with that person.

This added with sell out shows in their home-town of Gold Coast and Brisbane the boys are certainly ones to watch. To celebrate the release the band are heading off on tour across the south east, stopping in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Byron Bay.
