Swellegant, elegant - introducing the California Crooners Club!

A vocal group born from backstage banter between talented friends Hugh Sheridan, Emile Welman and Gabe Roland around the jazz clubs of Hollywood. The idea of the California Crooners Club was simple, start a band to merge the trios love of jazz classics, their varied styles of singing across crooning, rnb and rap, contemporary personalities and a shared passion for genius pop songs.

Think Sinatra singing Sia or Dean Martin meeting Diplo!

California Crooners Club are today LA residents but arrived from all parts of the globe. Emile growing up in South Africa, Gabe born in the Midwest of America. Though it is Hugh's hometown of Adelaide who will see the band play live first, with the group kicking off a tour his Friday February 12 as part of the prestigious Fringe Festival.  Adelaide has embraced the idea of the California Crooners Club quickly and the first 6 shows are totally SOLD OUT, with further dates now added and selling fast, as well as first dates for Melbourne and Sydney.

For the airwaves comes the band's undeniably infectious debut single 'Just A Little More"  - a rambunctious tune, shaken and stirred like the best dirty martini. At first an ode to the genesis of the group but soon a thumping mantra for everyone to dance and thrive to!  Written, recorded and produced entirely by the band.
