Turia Pitt to Headline Westfield Event Series For Mums

Westfield Women in Conversation is the inspiring new national event series that is being launched by Westfield, in partnership with Business Chicks, this week.

Westfield and Business Chicks, the country's leading women's network, have curated the series specifically with mums in mind, with the events designed to celebrate, connect and make it easy for mums to take a moment for themselves. The intimate conversations will cover education, inspiration and entertainment, talking to a broad range of topics from entrepreneurship, career progression, personal wellness and that elusive word, balance.

Spearheading the Westfield Women in Conversation series will be some of the most sought-after names from media, wellness and fashion, who will share their own authentic experiences of personal and professional growth.

Launching the Westfield Women in Conversation event series is athlete, mining engineer, humanitarian, author and motivational speaker, Turia Pitt. In her first major public appearance since giving birth, Turia will provide exclusive insight into her life as a new mum and touch on how she is learning to balance professional and personal commitments with family demands.

"Nothing prepares you for how drastically life changes when you become a mum. From the magic moments to the sleepless nights, it's a crazy time and one I think we should talk about more. That's why I'm stoked to be working with Westfield and Business Chicks on the new Westfield Women in Conversation event series, it's a chance to share my story with other mums" says Turia.
