Australia's Big, Beautiful & Sexy showgirl, Casey Donovan, continues to shine as she gears up for the release of her second single Last Regret on November 7.

Last Regret, which is more 'rock' than her Big, Beautiful & Sexy anthem, showcases another side of the songstresses vocals and proves that she really can sing anything. From the opening guitar to the powerful chorus, Casey nails the song proving that real strong sexy rock chick vocals do still exist in Australian music!

Stepping away from the pop-rock ballad into the rock stratosphere was an exciting change for the Big, Beautiful & Sexy star. "I love to rock out and with a song like this, it's perfect," Casey says. "I love trying different things. Releasing Big, Beautiful & Sexy has really given me the confidence to let loose and have some fun. I now want to show my rock chick side!"

Last Regret is also something that people of all ages will be able to relate to. "The song is about broken trust and a broken heart, it also talks about hitting back and having the strength to walk away," says Casey. I am sure there will be a few people out there who have found themselves in a similar situation and will take heart from this great rock song." It was this reason that Casey handpicked Last Regret as her second digital release for 2010. "I love the rock sound, and this song also showcases the heartbreak side of things, and everyone has had heart break of some kind," she says. "It's just a great song!"

Casey continues her ongoing Big, Beautiful & Sexy Australian tour, which has already seen her perform to sell out crowds at some of the country's most coveted venues and participate in events such as Adelaide Festival and Brisbane Festival. She continues to add more dates throughout 2010 and into 2011 as the excitement about her new music spreads. The coming months will not only see Casey touring on her solo project, but also shining in support slots for Toni Childs in NSW. 2011 will then see this sexy showgirl take a short break from solo touring as she reprises her award-winning role as Cynthia in The Sapphires for strictly limited seasons in NSW, ACT and the UK. After the last season of the show, Casey won praise from the critics and took home the Best Supporting Actress award at the 4th Deagu International Music Festival Awards.

With the release of her previous single Big, Beautiful and Sexy and the ongoing tour, Casey is not only garnering new fans Australia-wide, but has also become a poster girl for larger women. The inspirational song has seen Casey's online Facebook support group Big, Beautiful & Sexy (which attracted nearly 2000 fans in its first weeks) grow to now almost 5000 fans. Not only that, but Casey herself is feeling healthier and fabulous, having lost 20kg and continuing in her support of larger men and women as they achieve their life goals.
