Parents are being urged to ditch supermarket snacks for their toddlers and go for fresh alternatives, to give their little ones a healthy start in life.
This follows a nutritional review into popular snacks by nutritionist Zoe Bingley-Pullen who found many pre-packaged options contain alarmingly high levels of salt, sugar and unhealthy fats.
