Serves: 1 large or 2 small
Ingredients
1 tsp matcha green tea
¼ cup hot water
½ banana
½ cup coconut milk
½ cup low fat cottage cheese
½ cup low fat plain yogurt
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1 tsp pure vanilla expert
2 cups ice
Method
Add match to 2 tsp water
Mix with fork until matcha is completely dissolved
Add remaining hot water, stirring constantly
Combine all ingredients in a blender
Blend on high until mixture is smooth and creamy
