Try kingfish wings with shichimi butter and The Parfum cocktail at Sokyo Lounge for $25 (Mon-Fri), wood-grilled calamari skewers and a Negroni at Balla Aperitivi Bar for $20 (Mon-Fri) or squid ink cracker with smoked crème fraiche and salt-cured tuna with a Sydney Side (gin cocktail) at BLACK Bar for $20 (Tue-Fri).

Sydney's hottest rooftop bar Sky Terrace is back. Set on level three of The Star, the expansive open-air bar, situated minutes from the CBD, overlooks the city skyline with uninterrupted spectacular views of Sydney Harbour.
The much-loved summer pop-up features four unique outdoor bars, each offering a range of beverages to suit all tastes: Heineken Bar, Garden Bar, Bacardi Mojito Bar, and Peacock Lounge by Moet Hennessy.
Sydneysiders and visitors alike are invited to make the most of long hot days with bespoke seasonal cocktails by The Star's mixologists, tempting bar snacks and happy hour specials including $10 Frosé Rosé at the Peacock Lounge (5pm-7pm Fridays).

Fish & Chic
Nothing says summer in Sydney more than fresh seafood and champagne. So when guests dine at any of The Star's signature restaurants - BLACK Bar & Grill, Sokyo or Balla - during the summer season they can enjoy daily seafood menus, matched with a specially selected list of wine and champagne by the glass.
For those who enjoy bento & bubbles, Sokyo will also be offering a $60 premium lunch box on Friday and Saturday lunch. But the special dining experiences don't need to be saved for the weekend.
Balla's fish & chic summer menu includes daily lunch and dinner specials. Try the slipper lobster bruschetta with crushed peas and lemon ricotta ($28), green lobster tagliatelle with a spicy American sauce ($32) or wood-grilled marron served with warrigal greens ($60).
