Question: Can you share your mantra, with us?

Tracey Jewel: I have two! My mantra is very simple and I start each day with the question: How can I share love and compassion for myself and others today?

And I love the Maya Angelou quote "People will forget what you say, but they will always remember how you made them feel."

Question: What's a typical day like, for you?

Tracey Jewel: There is no typical day for me! I start with coffee, that's a must... I love to hit the gym almost every morning. I make time for my little girl Grace each day. I am constantly on the road whether it be writing my books, in business meetings, flying or catching up with my friends and family. I am always on the run and always working.

I make sure I write every day, whether it's in my notes or pen to paper I make sure I get it all out. At night time, I am always keen on a solid 8 hours and some recovery time.

I will throw on a clay mask from Antidote Essentials... They keep my skin fresh and because I wear make up every day so this is MUST for my skin. Then I watch a Ted talk before bed (every night). Then I do it all again.

Question: What's next, for you?

Tracey Jewel: I am currently coming off my book tour and I hope to get some downtime with my daughter, family and partner to recharge for the second half of the year, stay tuned!
